A candidate is anyone who takes an assessment, whether it's someone you're looking to hire or a current team member. You're only charged once per candidate, no matter how many tests they complete. Use it however works best for you.

We have anti-cheating measures which the candidate is made aware of before beginning the test, including webcam recording, monitoring if users exit fullscreen and block copying/pasting in text fields and time all tests to limit using a second device.
