We use aptitude testing as the first stage in our recruitment process and have done for a number of years. As we get a large number of graduates with similar skills and experience, it provides a quick way for us to find out if they have the raw aptitude needed for some of our more technical roles.

As a platform, it’s not particularly different to the other platforms we used. They all seem to have a range of tests and a nice dashboard to see your results.
